“From the organic sound of percussion and vocalizations to the polymorphic dimension of electronic music.”
On Saturday, October 18, Angeliki Toubanaki and Ilias Doumanis present their groundbreaking project Drums & Voice Jazztronica Duet at Jazzèt Music Hall, joined by a special guest: saxophonist Thodoris Rellos, a leading figure in Greek jazz and experimental music.
Founded in 2014, the duo explores new sonic frontiers by blending live looping, electronic soundscapes, and bold experimentation. Their work is defined by multilayered arrangements, demanding vocal techniques, multicultural references, and themes imbued with social and political resonance. With a consistent presence at major festivals and cultural events, Drums & Voice Jazztronica Duet has carved out a distinctive artistic identity—expanding the boundaries of contemporary music and offering audiences a mesmerizing, one-of-a-kind experience.
On October 18, Jazzèt Music Hall will become a space of creative synergy among three remarkable musicians. Through improvisation and sonic exploration, they will merge their sounds, experiences, and aesthetics in an evening destined to be unforgettable.
